Rowan Pack provides mediation and alternative dispute resolution services.

There are many advantages of mediating a matter.  These include:-

 

• Potential cost savings with matters resolved at an early stage prior to a trial/hearing.​

 

• There are no pleadings or interlocutory matters to be dealt with in court. The scope of the conflict being mediated can be adjusted and revised as the mediation progresses and parties attitudes change.
